大洋塑膠和世堡紡織 (www.supertextile.com) 使用鳳梨纖維葉布料結合環保水性聚氨酯PU，生產出純素皮革，並榮獲2022台灣精品獎殊榮。

鳳梨纖維布料是透過物理法加工製成紗線，織成柔軟韌性強的生質布料。搭配大洋塑膠環保PU塗層，形成不同強度、耐磨、耐寒、光澤性產品。同時大洋塑膠也積極研發，將生質渣料運用於PU生產製程中，以落實100%永續循環目標。

Ocean Plastics continues to lead innovation in water-based PU technology and collaborates with Super Textile (www.supertextile.com) to utilize agricultural waste to achieve sustainable goals through circular economy practices.

Ocean Plastics and Super Textile produce pure vegan leather by combining pineapple leaf fiber fabric with environmentally friendly water-based polyurethane (PU) coating, and have been awarded the 2022 Taiwan Excellence Award.

Pineapple fiber fabric is made into yarns through physical processing and woven into soft and durable bio-based fabrics. With the addition of Ocean Plastics' eco-friendly PU coating, products with different strengths, abrasion resistance, cold resistance, and luster are formed. At the same time, Ocean Plastics is actively researching and developing the use of bio-waste in the PU production process to achieve a 100% sustainable circular economy.
